Keria: With Similes
Tanner: and Metaphors
.

Morgan: Hey my teacher said we had to use more figurative language..
Keria: well what IS FIGURRATIVE LANGUAGE..
Morgan: well FL is like a simile or a metifor so a simile is a sentence using "like" or "as" heres a bad example. "The snake was long." boo thats the lame way. We can spice it up more like
“the snake was as long as the Nile river .
Cooper: and A Metaphor is a Statement without like or as. it is more powerful. Theres a bad way to say a metaphor to like the blazers were good. We can make it better by saying “The Gardner Edgerton trail blazers are GOLD”
Keria: Ok recap a simile uses like or as
Tanner: and a metaphor is a statement.
Keria: Hey thanks guys now i know what FL is.
All: And that’s the end of English shorts
